Assistant Location Manager Towing Auburn

new opportunity at PRO-TOW for the right person.
Founded in 1993, our business will be adding a new teammate to assist
with managing our towing operations. Working
as an assistant to our location manager that manages towing and service
operations, this position will be focused on improving and developing
professionalism and preparedness within our fleet.
It will involve recruiting and
training of new drivers. It will also
involve improving and establishing accountabilities throughout our team and
our fleet. It will involve
performing towing and have backup responsibility for shifts unfilled and
high demand times.
Prerequisites:
-2 year
post high school degree
-1 year
experience working in a towing company
-Keyboarding skills greater than 40 words per minute
-Class A
CDL
-Live
within 15 minutes (per Google) of one of our locations
Skills
Needed:
-Extraordinary communication skills
-Competent technical knowledge of towing and tow trucks of all sizes
-Exceptional organization skills
-Self
discipline and commitment
-Motivated to perform financially
