Auto/Truck/Fleet Service Sales Consultant

Exciting career advancement opportunity!!   Professional and progressive independent repair facility built on 18 years of quality customer service!   We strive to serve our customers better than anyone else in the world, and are looking for a team player to help us achieve our goal.  We have expanding our Auburn location to include auto, heavy truck and fleet services.  This position will be in Auburn when are remodel is complete. 

 Motorplex is a medium sized independent repair facility employing 8, with a sister company (Pro-Tow) employing another 8.  Our work atmosphere promotes integrity, a strong work ethic and a progressive approach to modern maintenance and repairs.  In return, we provide above average compensation opportunity, bonus opportunities, advancement potential, and an extraordinary benefits package. 

 Duties:

• Work 5 days per week.
• Answer phones, greet customers, and type up detailed service requests from customers.
• Sales consulting on required repairs and optional services, and competent advice on what services to perform when. 
• Dispatch technicians and manage the repair process.
• Procure parts and solve parts acquisition problems..
• Assist in setting weekly and monthly performance objectives.

 Requirements:

• 4 year degree or equivalent
• Typing/keyboarding skills of at least 40 words per minute.  Full fingered typing is required.
• Must have 3 or more years verifiable work experience which involved sales and advising. 
• Must have a competent command for automotive or truck repair.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and very organized.
• High personal discipline
• Stable lifestyle that will not interfere with your work performance or those around you.
• Strong desire to help people and solve challenging problems.
• Need to have driving abstract with no or minimal moving violations.
• Must not use drugs
• Must pass a criminal background check from the WSP.
