We are a medium sized independent automotive and heavy truck repair facility employing 8, with a sister company (PRO-TOW) employing another 8.  Our first location is in Maple Valley and we are in the process of making our Auburn location a full service facility in addition to the existing towing operation.  This position is currently in Maple Valley.  Our work atmosphere promotes integrity, a strong work ethic and a progressive approach to modern maintenance and repairs. Duties:

• Work 5 days per week with some Saturdays possible.
• Diagnose, inspect, and repair customers vehicles—All Makes and All Models.
• Work hand in hand with one of two advisors in providing customer excellence in automotive repair. We don’t just fix cars, we service them and expect our techs to always be looking out for the best interest of our customers when diagnosing, repairing, and providing information for our customers and their vehicles.

Requirements:

• Must have 2 or more years verifiable working directly with a high demand repair facility.
• Familiar with scan tools, labscopes, and fluent with a multi-meter.
• Comfortable with Mitchell On Demand or other electronic information sources.
• Ability to work efficiently and resourcefully with all vehicles, equipment, or trucks you were not previously familiar with.
• Must be very proficient in reviewing manufacturer maintenance guides, customer service history, and actual vehicle conditions.
• Strong work ethic, self motivated, and very organized.
• Must have own personal tools.
• Strong desire to help people and solve challenging problems.
• Need to have an insurable driving abstract with no or minimal moving violations.
• Must not use drugs.
• Must pass a criminal background check from the WSP.
