Our team received a call about a cargo van with a locked steering system. After carefully tracking down the vehicle on-site, we diagnosed the issue as a failure in the electronic power steering system. The problem was traced back to either the steering gear EPS module or the steering position sensor, which needed cleaning.

Case #2: Semi-Truck and Trailer With Broken Brake Lights

Once on-site, our technician traced the problem from the taillight connectors to the wiring harness. The culprit? A loose wire near the brake pedal position switch. After repairing the wire with a butt connector, reinstalling the harness, and replacing the taillight assembly (the original had been damaged and corroded), the brake lights worked perfectly again.

Case #3: No Power - Needed a Tow
